Xentech offers global IP transit services at various datacenters in Europe. These services provide professional internet features combined with a high-performance solution, global reach and flexible scalability.
Global IP transit services, starting at a connectivity of 100 Mbp/s, can be extended up to multiple 10 Gbit/s connections. The services apply to enterprises of all sizes (Corporate Internet Access) and ISP's of all sizes (Direct Internet Access).

Pricing (starting at January 1st, 2008)
Below are the transit packages that we currently offer. All packages are without any commitment levels.
The duration of these packages are for one year with automatic renewal for one year after each year.
The connectivity is the media to which you are connected. The one-time install fee is for installing the connectivity towards you on your location. The monthly recurring fee is a monthly connection fee only and includes no traffic.

The 95%-rule
The 95%-rule is a method for calculating the used traffic during a month based on calender days.
During the month on every five minutes the traffic levels in and out are recorded. This means that during a month with 30 calender days there are 8.640 traffic levels recorded (30 days * 24 hours * 12 measurements per hour). From those measurements the top-5% is removed. After that the highest measurement from the last result is taken and is used to bill the client. For example, if the last result would be 65 mbit/s, then you would be billed for 65 * € 9,50.
Billing
The billing of the monthly recurring fee is done quarterly in advance for the next three months to come.
The billing of traffic is done on a monthly basis. After the first month of connectivity the billing of traffic for the months to come will take place based on the expected traffic. We use the traffic of the last month as an indicator for the expected traffic for the next month. The actual traffic usage is used to recalculate the used traffic afterworths.
Requirements
In order to connect to our products there are a few requirements that need to be met.
You should have your own ASN, ip space and BGP4 router available. Also any patches in order to connect physically should be ordered by the client. We will supply the rackposition on our end for you to connect to.
There is also the possibility to use our network as your default router. This is helpfull for clients that colocate at other providers or do not run BGP4 and do not want any technical envolvement in setting up peering sessions.
